Minutes from the meeting

How it works

1

The ballot goes up.

Every day at 16:00 UTC ten new candidates are pinned to the board: a character, a name, a ticker and a quote. Every candidate is written and reviewed by the team; nobody can submit their own.

2

Holders vote.

Wallets holding at least 100,000 $HALL can vote by signing a free message (no transaction, no gas). One vote per wallet per day; you can change it until polls close. Vote weight follows your $HALL balance, capped at 10% of all votes cast that day so no single wallet can decide alone.

3

The bell rings at 15:00 UTC.

The winner is launched automatically on pump.fun. In the same transaction, the treasury makes the first buy.

4

The airdrop goes out.

Within the hour, the coins the treasury bought are sent to eligible $HALL holders. Holders who voted get their full share, holders who didn't vote get half. Everything not sent is burned.

$HALL is the town's token. It was launched on pump.fun. Its creator fees go to the public treasury wallet, which pays for each day's launch buy. Holding $HALL lets you vote. The website itself is free for everyone.

The public ledger, in plain paper

Tokenomics: where the coins come from and where they go

Where the money comes from

How much is spent each day

  • At launch, the treasury spends up to 90% of its SOL balance on the first buy of the new coin, minus network and launch costs.
  • At least 10% always stays in reserve, so there is enough to launch the next day even after a slow day.
  • Each day's spend also has a hard cap. While the system is new, the cap is about 1 SOL per day.

Why the dev wallet holds a big bag for a few minutes

When a daily coin launches, the treasury's buy happens in the same transaction as the launch, at the very first price on the curve. That means for a short time the creator wallet holds a large share of the new coin. This is expected. Within the launch hour, those coins are airdropped to eligible $HALL holders and every leftover is burned. Each step is public and linked on the History page.

Who receives the airdrop

  • Eligible: wallets holding at least 100,000 $HALL at two balance checks: one at a random, unannounced time during the voting window and one at 15:00 UTC. The lower of the two balances counts.
  • Voted that day: you receive 100% of your share, proportional to your counted $HALL balance.
  • Didn't vote: you receive 50% of your share. The other 50% is burned.
  • Excluded: the treasury wallet, liquidity pools, the pump.fun curve and burn addresses.
  • Shares worth less than twice the cost of sending them are not sent and are burned.

Leftovers

Any coins the treasury doesn't send out are burned, never sold. The treasury never sells daily coins.

Ties and empty days

  • Tie: the candidate with more unique voters wins. If still tied, the earlier card on the ballot wins.
  • No votes at all: the previous day's runner-up is launched instead.

Plain language

Airdrops depend entirely on the fees generated. They can be very small, and they can stop at any time. Nothing here is an investment, a yield or a promise of value.
